This beautiful house in Cape Town, South Africa, is only 125 square feet but it is big enough for the owners and their two cats. For them it is the perfect hide away from their busy schedule.

The house is spread over two floors. Upstairs is a loft bedroom that leads onto a small terrace overlooking the garden, while the guest bedroom downstairs is tucked away under the staircase, along with the bathroom.

The outdoor area is great for entertaining and for enjoying a sundowner.

The open plan living room, dining area and kitchen are situated around the garden in a lovely L-shape.

The house is fitted with designer pieces but also custom made furniture created by a carpenter.

Supercute 1960 Bungalow

Aceasta frumoasa locuinta Bungalow a fost proiectata de catre arhitectul Athelstan Whaley ca parte componenta a ansamblului rezidential Edgcumbe Park, UK. Pana in prezent a fost folosita ca locuinta personala si studio. casa a fost recent renovara si decorul se potriveste perfect: postere clasico-modeniste, mobilier de jumatatea secolului cum sunt scaunul Eames Lounge, Noguchi Butterfly si Jacobsen Egg. Dar cel mai interesant lucru legat de aceasta locuinta este faptul ca fost folosita ca locatie in filmul Fahrenheit 451, din anul 1966. Casa este in prezent de vanzare – £515,000 este pretul cerut de catre proprietari … il consider absolut decent si daca as avea banii, tare mi-ar placea sa locuiesc aici!
